BHANGRA DANCE TROUPES from universities around the UK compete annually in the Bhangra Showdown.
Bhangra is music and dance that stems from the Punjab region of India and Pakistan. There are large communities of Indians and Pakistanis in London, with many immigrants from South Asia living in and near Ealing Southall.
